I would like to thank you for taking the time to learn more about VisitRochester.  Our staff, board and our entire membership are pleased that you would consider joining our efforts in working to build the Greater Rochester region's economy through tourism.  Your investment will be put to work immediately, marketing our region as a destination for visitors and conventions. 

Our mission as a sales and marketing organization is to attract conventions, meetings, group tourism and leisure visitors to the Greater Rochester area and has been since 1932.   As the official tourism promotional agency for the community, we look to area businesses as partners in the marketing of the community for tourism and economic development.  We have over 450 members that have invested in marketing opportunities with VisitRochester and it is through those investment and involvement of our members that we are able to implement various marketing campaigns to attract tourism to the area. 

As you consider membership with our organization, we ask that you keep this in mind.  Each year nearly 2 million visitors come the Greater Rochester area creating an economic impact of over $900 million.  Did you get your share of visitor business?  By being a part of VisitRochester you will maximize your promotional opportunities by spending limited marketing dollars.  Membership in VisitRochester is a smart investment! 

Membership investment in VisitRochester is based on a few factors.  I would encourage you to contact me or a membership sales representative to find out your annual dues amount.  Your membership will enable you to take advantage of the many marketing avenues and benefits offered.  I believe your membership will greatly enhance the promotion of your organization to the many conventions, meetings, group tours and leisure visitors that come to Greater Rochester each year.
